Locker Information & House Rules

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests, please read the following rules before using the locker service.

1. Use at Your Own Risk: Lockers are used at the guest’s own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced belongings.
   
   
2. Keep Your Locker Card Safe: Guests must keep their locker card secure at all times. A lost or damaged card will incur a replacement fee of EGP 1,500.
   
   
3. Secure Your Locker: Always make sure your locker is properly closed and secured after every use.
   
   
4. Prohibited Items: Illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items must not be stored inside lockers.
   
   
5. Valuable Belongings: We strongly recommend avoiding the storage of high-value or irreplaceable items.
6. Locker Access: Access is restricted to the registered guest. A valid ID may be required to verify ownership or regain access.
   
   
7. Collect Your Belongings: All items must be collected before the locker area closes at the end of the event day.

By using the locker service, guests acknowledge and agree to these House Rules and Locker Terms.
